Our client was launched circa 10 years ago when the founding director decided he wished to move away from a corporate QS environment and set up his own no nonsense, flexible business, after having worked his way up from junior to Partner level at a global engineering firm. The company has grown substantially since then and now covers QS, EA, Project & Programme Management and Fund Monitoring Services.
Projects range across sectors including high end residential, hotels, leisure, retail, commercial office and touching on infrastructure. Projects are largely London centric (Zone 1) and in recent years our client have branched out into other geographical regions in the UK and abroad including Poland and Russia. Most clients are private sector.
Seniority across the business is evenly split from junior to associate level and our client is now looking to appoint an additional senior QS or associate who can effectively deliver schemes, manage and develop client relationships, manage and mentor junior staff and become involved in new business development in the future to help the company grow. Those with clients / contacts to bring would be beneficial but there is plenty of existing clients and work to be tapped into for someone new.
