This independent Professional Construction Consultancy based near London Victoria who have been established since the late 90’s and specialised in Cost Consulting, they are now looking to diversify and grow the business by bringing on board a highly professional and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor. This is a small firm with a friendly collaborative working environment who pride themselves on delivering outstanding service to their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join the team and develop the Building Surveying offering of the company. For this role you will need to be an MRICS Building Surveyor with at least 4 years PQE and proven experience of both professional surveying tasks including party wall negotiations, technical due diligence, dilaps as well as project focused work.
This is a retail focused consultancy working with major high street occupiers across the UK. You will need to have a retail background and a strong working knowledge of that market.
This Consultancy is looking for someone with ambition, strong technical knowledge and excellent relationship building/business development skills.
