Senior Manager role within Property & Estates and reports directly into the Deputy Chief Executive. There are some exciting figures within the property portfolio and the development objectives planned are exceptional.
There is a team of 9 direct reports covering building, facilities and estates and the role sits alongside regeneration, development and growth. This role is built around asset management, acquisition and disposal so the full 360 degree remit of an estates team.
The successful candidate will probably be qualified and with demonstrable experience of managing teams and handling a diverse portfolio of assets. They must be driven and enthusiastic about property and understand the route between initial idea through to implantation as there will be significant change in the near future.
This really is a very exciting role, working within a fantastic team. Salary is between £39k and £47k so to some the role will be more important than the salary to others this would be a fantastic next step in their career.
