Senior Estates Assistant

As a Senior Estates Administrator within the Corporate Occupier Management team you will advise existing corporate clients on occupier management. This role will specifically work with two clients.

You will be a key point of contact in respect of property issues and projects for the Clients reporting to the Account Manager on a regular basis to ensure delivery of service through effective working relationships across the client delivery team(s).

As Senior Estates Administrator, you will liaise with landlords, landlords’ agents and tenants to resolve property issues, undertake periodic inspections of properties in line with contract requirements and assist in management of vacant space and subtenants.

You will deal with lease queries, neighbour disputes and assist with CPSEs. In addition, you will assist with service charge invoices, recharges, annual budgets and variance reporting and liaise with external consultants as necessary.

As you will have 2 specific household name clients, this role gives you the opportunity to view corporate real estate from an occupier perspective, invaluable as part of a property professionals development.

You will have a property related degree and post degree experience within a property related field. You must be driven by a career in property and value customer service as part of that.
