This well established Property Consultancy is looking to bring in an Senior Surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to move up the ladder within their Building Consultancy team. This is close knit team specialising in commercial property, however there is a a bit of retail, residential and mixed use thrown into the portfolio as well to keep things diverse and interesting alongside this are the ongoing development projects which you will have involvement with. The main responsibilities in this role revolve around professional building surveying encompassing contract admin, project management, PPM reporting, Dilapidations, party wall matter and fire reinstatement valuations.

Alongside the Building Surveying aspects of the role you will also be working in a team management capacity so previous experience in this is definitely beneficial in this role. Business development is essential within this role so previous success in this area would be fantastic and excellent communication skills are imperative.
