Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to attract a Senior Associate – Property and Asset Management – to handle two major clients with portfolios comprised of office, industrial and some retail assets.
As the Senior Associate within the team, you will be a key point of contact for the client and work very closely with them to ensure the commercial properties within the portfolio deliver against the strategic aims of the organisation.
You will handle a number of large multi-office assets for a leading fund which is very acquisitive and active; and nationwide mixed assets for another leading UK fund manager.
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished individual who is able to work closely with the client partner; attend client meetings and manage several both internal and client-based staff.
You will manage all client reporting and work with the client partner to manage these key relationships. You will advise and assist with acquisition and disposal of assets and ensure all portfolio management matters are delivered to the highest levels.
