Rural Asset Manager (Transactional Role), Leading Real Estate Consultancy, South East
Basic salary £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits Package + Bonus
My client is a renowned Real Estate Consultancy currently seeking a Chartered Surveyor for a position within its specialist Rural professional services team just outside of London. Working in a small, dynamic and successful team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, with key responsibilities listed below.
This is a transactional role working with a renowned client on their national infrastructure program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with Landowners
- Attending site inspections and annual visits
- Liaising with land owners to ensure that they are aware of developments in their business or any problems that are looming
- Strategy and Operations including the buying and selling of land
- Project Management
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and have experience within the Rural sector. Would suit a specialist surveyor that would like to excel quickly with the Rural arena.
