Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a national property consultancy with a firm that offer a full array of commercial, residential and rural services to its varied client base.

Based in rural department in Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will play an integral part of the rural team. You will be providing estate management and professional advice to a mainly private client base in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Professional advice will include; contract farming arrangements, grazing licences, and some valuation work.

You will be responsible for reporting directly to clients and generating your own fee income. It is anticipated the successful candidate could be MRICS, approaching their qualification or have recently graduated complimented with demonstrable experience of rural estate management / professional work.

On offer is a remuneration package dependant on the candidate’s experience.
