A niche property consultancy is looking for an Associate to join the established market leading lease advisory team, focused on retail instructions, based in the W1 office.
Acting on behalf of retail investors and occupiers you will provide strategic property advise on lease renewals, regears and rent reviews.
As part of a small team the Associate Surveyor will be working on a range of instructions across the retail sector. Existing clients include institutional & private investors and well as fashion operators.
In order to be considered for the role you WILL;
- Have experience of working in the retail sector
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified
- Hold a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
