Lease Advisory (Retail) Senior Surveyor, City
An international multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking for a Lease Advisory Senior Surveyor/ AD to join the established team based in the City office.
As the Lease Advisory Senior Surveyor you will be responsible for undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears as well as supporting on the preparation of Expert Witness Reports for third party proceedings.
You will be working an existing client base which consist of A1 Retail and A3/ A5 Operators all of which are occupiers with a National remit.
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Hold a Driving Licence
- Have a thorough understanding of the 1954 Legislation
- Have successfully led rent review/ lease renewal negotiations
- Ideally be MRICS
