Base salary of between £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
My client is currently recruiting a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their South London Office.
This is a great opportunity for a Residential Valuer to progress their career whilst gaining a broad range of valuations experience. You will be expected to regularly undertake formal valuations across London and the Home Counties in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards. Providing high end residential valuations and development appraisals for secured lending and tax purposes will also be part of the role.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and a RICS registered Valuer. A proven background in valuations is essential.
