Residential Valuation Partner, Leeds
An established international property consultancy is seeking a Residential Valuation Partner to head up the division focusing on Residential Development & PRS Valuation across Yorkshire based in Leeds.
Working alongside the commercial valuation team the Partner will work on PRS Valuations (this ranges from a small AST portfolio to national portfolios of 100 houses as well as working on City Centre Build To Rent Blocks). In addition to this you will be working on Development Valuations (from 2 plots developments to working with National House Builders on flagship projects).
This is a diverse role working with a broad range of clients on valuations for a range of purposes, Loan Security, Accounts and working with House Builders on option agreements and viability.
In order to be considered the Surveyor WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified & a Registered Valuer
- Ideally have carried out some Expert Valuation work (S106 work would be a good addition).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice to work with existing clients.
The client is open to experienced Residential Valuer who may want to spend some time working from Sheffield.
