Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a global property consultancy in their search for a Residential Building Manager based in Birmingham city centre.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities for the residential areas, service charge & accounting management and database management. You will regularly meet with the tenants & letting agents to fulfill any requirements in line with Health and Safety, company and legal procedures. You will also assist owners/agents/solicitors with sale queries and to ensure the property database is updated with changes of title etc.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in residential property management with excellent customer service skills. A H&S qualification is prefered as is the ability to prepare service charge budgets.
