Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently working with a successful short-term rental company to recruit a Regional Manager for the Bristol & Bath area. The company is an accredited Airbnb professional co-hosting partner and a Booking.com preferred partner, and has had great success in other areas across the UK.
This person will work alongside the company director to establish and develop the business in Bristol and Bath. They will be responsible for growing the portfolio of properties, coordinate marketing projects, oversee the property management operations and build a team of employees in the area.
The ideal candidate for the role will have an in-depth knowledge of the region and the property market with a network of connections in the industry. They will need to be adept in sales with excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to build & develop a start-up business in the area.
The Regional Manager will receive a basic salary up to £35,000 p/a (depending on experience) plus a lucrative profit share scheme for their region.
