A market-leading consultancy has instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for a senior level individual to join their growing and highly successful team in the Western region. The company have an exciting business plan to develop their building consultancy services across the UK, and they consider the South West and South Wales as key areas for growth.
The successful candidate will oversee a regional team of building surveyors across three offices. The firm work on behalf of 60% of FTSE-100 listed companies, and their other clients include telecommunication firms, institutions, national developers and estates. The role will involve reporting directly to both the Head of Region and the National Head of Building Consultancy.
The ideal candidate will be an established Regional Director / Senior Director, who has experience with fee-income budgets, business development and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will already be working for a competing firm and can either bring business with them or have contacts to develop future fee income.
