Beach Baker are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Commercial Property team based at our offices in at Queen Square in Bristol. The opportunity available is to be directly involved in the recruitment of General Practice Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. Acting at times exclusively for clients across the UK.

The successful candidate will be organised and willing to become an expert in a high end white collar sector. You will be mentored by one of the company directors to ensure you learn best practice and have the support necessary to forge an exciting and rewarding career. As mentioned some proven recruitment or sales experience would be a definite advantage although this is a consultative sales process where the ability to build strong relationships, understand business and the intricacies of this sector and communicate them effectively is key. We are seeking a consultant who has a desire to become an industry recognised expert in their field thus leading to referrals, considerable recognition and even more increased earning potential.

Skills/Experience required:
* A minimum of 12 months’ work experience (preferably in white collar recruitment, or sales based)
* Ideally a degree 2:2 and above.
* A proven track record of achievement, academically, professionally and/or personally
* Excellent relationship building, presentation and communication skills
* A consultative approach and a pride in delivering a service of the highest quality
* A high level of confidence, organisation, drive and self-motivation, necessary for a consultative sales environment.
