Real Estate Analyst, Up to £60,000 pa (Base), W1
An established property investment company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join the team based in the W1 offices.
The existing investment portfolio is across all asset classes across the UK and EU in prevalent locations. With significant financial backing, they are acquiring additional investments across EU.
The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for:-
- Appraising the financial viability of property investment transactions & development projects.
- Cash flow modelling, risk analysis, return on equity and debt calculations.
- Building bespoke financial models in Excel.
