Ratings Surveyor / Senior Surveyor London
Basic Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits package
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading commercial property private practice to recruit a ratings surveyor to join a well-established and successful team.
You will have the opportunity to undertake rateable value reviews on a range of interesting and stylish offices and other commercial assets, which will include retail/coffee shops through to high-tech industrial sites in and around London.
You will work with a range of clients and portfolios and therefore the role is hugely interesting.
The team has a strong Director leading the function with Associate Directors and surveyors and you will be very well supported within your transition into the business.
Your clients will operate in a variety of sectors from the newly formed technology companies to leading global operators.
