A leading multi-disciplinary general surveying practice has instructed Beach Baker to assist with sourcing an experienced Rating specialist to join its London team.

You will deliver professional rating advice relating to a range of assets in the London and south east market.

The firm has a strong rating team (both in terms of size and its successes) and is highly regarded in the market. You will assist in supporting the many long-term clients of the firm and more senior candidates will assist with developing new client opportunities.

Our client prides itself on the sound and professional advice it delivers and this in turn has ensured this is a profitable team, which enjoys strong bonuses. Working with a multi-disciplinary practice, the range of clients and assets is interesting and continues to grow.

Candidates will have a strong proven track record of handling rating casework ideally from within a private practice and applicants are welcomed from the Valuation Office Agency.

Your experience will enable you to have a strong grasp of business rateable values in London. Candidates will be strong communicators who are confident working directly with key client contacts and providing accurate and trusted advice.

Candidates must be MRICS with a strong track record of providing rating advice and be competent at cultivating relationships.
