Our client work across all manner of residential schemes from super prime residential, student accommodation & later living, regeneration schemes for major developers and private clients. Projects are across London and UK.
Our client prides themselves on working collaboratively and sharing market intelligence to ensure the best outcome for their projects and clients. QS’s will be well-rounded in terms of the early stages of a project, project delivery, managing and developing relationships and building the business through new and existing leads. Senior staff will be well-versed in managing teams and developing junior individuals.
Our client is now interviewing client-facing and career focused Quantity Surveyors at Intermediate, MRICS, Senior, Associate and Director level who wish to carve a niche for themselves within the residential sector.
