Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently working with a leading UK company in the private rented sector to recruit a Property Manager in its London Bridge office.
The company is a well renowned brand in the UK residential property sector with a portfolio of over 3500 rental property assets. The Property Manager will have an allocated portfolio with a variety of tenures to manage within the Greater London region. The role will be based at the company head office at London Bridge, with approximately 2-3 days a week spent on-site at the properties.
Duties of the role will include:
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Refurbishment projects
- Delivery of performance based targets for specific portfolios under management as agreed with each client/fund.
- Liaising with agents for re-letting, optimising rents and property values, monitoring voids/arrears etc. including working with Lettings team to minimise rent loss.
- Working with budgets to ensure management of funds and maximising returns.
- Property inspection and tenant liaison duties.
Candidates for this role will need at least two years’ experience working in the residential property industry as a Property Manager with a strong understanding of Housing / Rent Acts legislation. A full driving licence is essential.
