SENIOR SURVEYOR/ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – PROPERTY AND ASSET MANAGEMENT LEEDS

£40,000 – £45,000 PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE PLUS BONUS PLUS LEADING BENEFITS PACKAGE

Beach Baker is assisting this leading private practice to attract a talented professional chartered surveyor to work within its large and highly successful property and asset management function.

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading client on a large portfolio within the Leeds and surrounding regions.

You will work closely with your team and the wider asset management function to provide ongoing management of exciting portfolios.

With excellent systems and processes which have been developed by the hugely successful operator, your focus will truly be on delivering service to your prestigious client.

As part of large firm, you will enjoy access to and support from internal specialist teams, for example accounts and facilities management, which will enable you to focus on key property management activities, which will include attending client meetings; preparing reports; managing information systems and large/complex service charges.

This position is varied; interesting and you will utilise the skills and qualifications you have achieved as a chartered surveying professional.

The successful candidate will a Chartered Surveyor possessing experience of commercial property management; have excellent IT and systems skills; be strong communicator; professional and presentable.
