Property Asset Manager – Prestigious London Property Company – Salary £40,000 to £50,000 + Benefits Package – A fantastic opportunity to have hands on exposure to an investment portfolio

My client is a prestigious property company that are currently looking for a Property Asset Manager with London experience to work strategically across a diverse commercial portfolio within London.

The role will require the successful candidate to work within the commercial management team and ideally have some previous experience working for a property company. The successful Surveyor will take full responsibility for the full day to day management of a large proportion of the portfolio managed by my client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio with an asset value of and assisting with asset enhancing strategies for the portfolio where the opportunity arises

• Working alongside the New Business team

• Deal with and appoint third party consultants, such as letting agents, building surveyors, rent review surveyors, solicitors etc

• Delivering regular property investment portfolio reports

• Draw up Service Charge Budgets and issue reconciliations

• Should be ideally experienced with QUBE or a similar property management system, Excel, Word etc

• Inspecting properties

Requirements/Experience:

• Previous experience working as a property asset manager
• MRICS (2+ years PQE)
• Driver would be preferred
