Property Asset Manager, W1, Up to £45,000 pa + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Health & Bonus
A leading international property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Asset Manager to take ownership of a mixed-use investment portfolio based in the W1 offices.
You will be responsible for asset & day to day management duties, finance, health and safety of this portfolio.
This will involve:-
- Visiting & inspecting the properties
- Tenant & Client liaison
- Overseeing licence for alterations
- Service charge budgeting
- Refurbishment & overseeing lease events to enhance capital value
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- Be articulate and client facing
- Have a proven track record property management
- Preferably be MRICS qualified
- Be competent in Microsoft office
