Property Administrator

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently working with a leading commercial real estate firm to recruit a Property Administrator in its Corporate Solutions property management team.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Extracting relevant information from lease documentation & populating database amendment forms, responding to client information requests
  • Dealing with landlord and tenant property queries
  • Liaising where necessary with the property accounts team for invoice approval
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Reviewing and compiling schedules Excel spreadsheet information, liaising with the wider team on updates required and work tracking updates
  • Arranging inspections and occasional other administration tasks

Prior experience in property administration would be an advantage but is not essential. Candidates should have strong IT skills, including in MS Excel & Word. In addition to this, you should have good organisational and communication skills, be a team player, and the ability to meet set deadlines.
