Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading Retail Management organisation, is looking for an Project Manager to join their Head Office based in Central London. A market leading name, this is a rare and lucrative opportunity to join one of the market leading Retail name’s in Europe.

The successful candidate will join the Development team and will be responsible for the delivery of construction projects from smaller asset management projects to the main extension and refurbishment schemes. You will work closely with various internal departments and manage external professional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects.

As Project Manager you will have a minimum 5 years Project Management with a breadth of experience across different sectors and projects. It would be beneficial if you have experience in dealing with complex projects e.g. planning constraints, location issues, conflict from local communities. As Project Manager you will have a breadth of experience working across different sectors and projects and have a relevant professional qualification e.g. MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB,
