Project Building Surveyor

Project Building Surveyor with a strong technical knowledge and experience of running multiple projects simultaneously. This is a role where you will be working on projects in the healthcare, education and higher education sector with values ranging from £100K – £2M.

The majority of this role will be focused Building Surveying and Project Delivery. You need to be confident in your Building Surveying skills and be project focused. The projects are predominantly building fabrication work, interior refurb and fit out, external works etc giving the role a varied project base to keep things interesting and fast moving.

This is a national role however mostly focussed in the southern region, when not on site you will be home based, there is a large amount of travel involved in the role with projects spread right across the country. There are strict timelines and budgets that need to be adhered to in this role so you will need to have outstanding time management skills and the ability to strategically plan projects months in advance to ensure prompt delivery.

You will report directly into the Head of Projects and work closely with a Senior Project Manager who will take the lead on the mahority of the projects whilst giving you the chance to develop your own Project Management skills by taking on the responsibility of running some autonomously.
