£44,000 – £46,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package

Would you like to work in arguably the largest portfolio services team in the World?

This leading private practice works with some the largest and most well-known companies in the world as its clients – effectively managing their property portfolios to ensure the smooth operation of one the most important assets a company needs in order to effectively operate.

You will become an integral part of this large, friendly and busy team, undertaking a range of activities including as examples, managing lease data and producing a range of reports. You will arrange payment of rents, rates and service charges or direct your client to recoup these. You will also manage the operating relationships and day to day issues of these large landlords.

We are looking to find strong team players who are structured, organised and detailed focussed individuals who are comfortable liaising with clients and want to work in a dynamic organisation.

Candidates will ideally be MRICS qualified or be in a similar commercial portfolio management position. The company is very forward-thinking and is open to flexible working.
