Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading Facilities Management Service Provider in their search for a PFI Contract Specialist. Our client is a niche, PFI FM provider with a range of contracts across the UK, primarily covering the healthcare and education sectors.
Due to a recent increased focus on penalty opportunities, my client is seeking an experienced PFI Contract Specialist to review and analyse each contract and identify risk areas. You will also be expected to manage incoming penalties and confidently contest.
The successful candidate must have a proven background within the PFI environment, ideally within Healthcare or Education. You will have exceptional attention to detail with extensive experience in understanding complex PFI contracts. My client is looking for a confident and capable individual.
This will be a home based role with travel across the UK.
