Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading independent developer and operator of niche assets across the UK.
This company, established over 25-years ago, operate 27 sites across the UK and a large pipeline of developments projects on site, in planning and feasibility stage. They are expanding rapidly and looking to grow its development team to support that growth.
Reporting to the Development Director, and working closely with the Head of Construction and Group Architect, the successful candidate will be a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor who also has Project Management, Employer’s Agent/Contract Administration experience. The role is an in-house QS for development projects (new sites and extensions to existing portfolio) up to tender stage, including compiling the tender documents and providing post tender and post contract QS support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2-years post qualification experience who is currently working for a private practice consultancy or client-side organisation looking to widen their development experience in an autonomous role with an organisation, who have an established name within their market.
