Beach Baker is working with a leading property consultancy to recruit a New Homes Sales Executive who will be based on site with a high profile developer client in Walthamstow. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales person to advance their career, with a competitive basic salary and OTE of £60k.
The Sales Executive will need the ability to work on their own initiative and cross sell a variety of new build developments, often in an ‘off-plan’ environment. They will be required to register and qualify new buyer enquiries, arrange and attend appointments, and successfully close home sales.
The preferred candidate will have a knowledge of the London residential market, be committed to excellent customer service, have a proven track record in new home sales, and knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process.
