My client is a growing Facilities Management Service Provider with a portfolio of clients across the UK. This client has a focus within the Schools and Hospital sectors which provides a variety of catering challenges. Due to a recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced National Catering Manager to take ownership for the UK catering function.
Key responsibilities include;
- Menu development including considering dietary requirements
- Waste Management
- Efficient procurement of goods and equipment
- Improve profitability
- Introduce new healthy eating incentives
