We are delighted to have been instructed to find a competent and career focused MRICS Senior Cost Manager to join our client, a recently established and growing firm of Quantity Surveyors in Birmingham.
The firms founding director established the firm after deciding to move away from a corporate environment with larger PQS firms where he had moved up the ranks over the years. The business is a hands on, friendly and flexible environment. There is currently a lean team of Cost Managers and our client is looking to add another to the team. The successful individual will be tasked with project delivery and have the business acumen to help the firm grow by becoming involved in business development through providing an exceptional service to existing clients and by bringing in new leads.
Our client works across many property sectors including private residential, student accommodation retail and commercial office among others.
Our client will also consider recently MRICS Intermediate CM’s who wish to make the step up to SCM level.
Competitive salary on offer, £45,000 – £65,000 as well as an attractive 20% bonus, car allowance and the potential for equity in the future.
