MRICS/Senior Building Surveyor – top 4 consultancy – Birmingham

Would you like to join a large and well-respected international consultancy and become a vital part of their growing building surveying team?

My client is looking for a recently MRICS or Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to complete a mixture of project and professional work for a variety of clients, within the office, retail and leisure sectors, on projects between the values of £1 million – £30 million.

There is an excellent pipeline of work for the 2019 – 2020 financial year and consequently the ideal candidate will be motivated, ambitious and keen to progress within an established company. Due to being a multi-disciplinary firm, each department receives a number of internal client referrals which ensures the company’s future success.

You will have/be:

• MRICS
• BSc Building Surveying
• Substantial experience within a commercial consultancy
• Experience with the full range of Building Surveying

You will be reporting into the Director of Building Consultancy and therefore have a direct line of contact with management.
