MRICS/Senior Building Surveyor – Milton Keynes/Cambridge

Beach Baker are working in partnership with a well-known global property consultancy who are recruiting an MRICS/Senior Building Surveyor for their Milton Keynes or Cambridge office.

The firm provide a multi-disciplinary offering and have received a number of accolades naming them as one of the leading consultancies in the UK and a top provider of building surveying services.

The candidate will have:

• RICS Chartership (Building Surveying pathway)
• Commercial consultancy experience
• Clean driving license
• Excellent commercial accumen and work ethic

The role:

• A 70/30 split between professional and project work
• Business Development, in order to grow the client base and ensuring brand exposure
• Fee generation
• Predominantly working in the commercial sector (industrial, retail and office)

Remuneration:

This firm are known to provide competitive remuneration packages. Package includes bonus, car allowance, life assurance, ‘early finish Fridays’ and pension, amongst other benefits.
