This is an opportunity to work in the Building Consultancy team of one of the fastest growing property consultancies in the world. They have almost quadrupled in size in the last couple of years and are continuing to grow.
They are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor with around 2 years PQE to join their team of commercial Building Surveyors. This is a well established team with a mix of levels from graduate up to director. This is a role where you will need to be confident to hit the ground running with professional building surveying tasks as well as managing a variety of projects.
You will need to be technically strong in the areas of contract administration, PPM Scheduling, acquisition surveying, dilaps, party wall matters and defect analysis. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills are vital to be able to build lasting client relationships and develop future business for the team.
