Management Surveyor

Working with one of the UKs leading retailers, their retail business boasts several hundred stores, on-line shopping, a delivery service and in-store collection. On Top of that, they are 1 of the Times top 100 companies to work for.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Surveyor to join the Property Team.

As management surveyor you will assist in the provision of a comprehensive, cost effective property management service to meet the requirements of the business and the needs of the property portfolio.

You will ensure that Service Charges and Insurance Charges are kept to a minimum and represent good value for money, whilst at the same time, ensuring the stores and surrounding common parts are maintained to an acceptable standard. In addition, you will also assist Estate Surveyors in lease renewal and rent review negotiations.

Applications are welcome whether you are currently studying towards your MRICS or whether you are already qualified. The role will operate throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, therefore there will be overnight stays but not frequently.
