Leasing Manager – Client Side, London, Base Salary circa £50,000 – £60,000 Base + bonus + benefits
My client is a pioneering property investment, development and management business with a UK wide portfolio consisting of office, retail, industrial and residential assets. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing the UK business in leasing across the current and future portfolio.
The role would suit a Surveyor with strong transactional exposure and experience in managing the overall leasing of different projects within the London market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the leasing of each project and finding suitable tenants to take up residence in each completed project.
- You will be required to manage letting agents, undertake general marketing, negotiating leases and work on asset management initiatives such as lease renewals and spot value add opportunities within the portfolio.
- Negotiate offers between tenants and external agents.
- Working alongside the Development Director to conduct market appraisals/valuations.
The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS and have 5-7 years agency/leasing experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also a prerequisite.
