£38,000 – £45,000 + company car / allowance + full benefits package
Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading private practice organisation to assist in the growth of its Lease Advisory team working on Landlord and Tenant on a range of commercial lease advisory matters across office, industrial and retail across both national and local clients.
Your role will be to provide the full range of landlord and tenant professional advisory services in order to provide strategic advice for effective estate and asset management and will include:
- Lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- Lease re-gears
- On the behalf of landlords and tenants across both the private and public sector.
You will be a strong team player as this is a friendly and successful team and you will be an integral part of its continued success and work closely with other departments, in particular the agency team.
Candidates must be MRICS and be able to exhibit relevant experience within a current lease consultancy role/expertise. You will have good Landlord & Tenant Knowledge combined with an understanding of Valuation & Rating.
