SENIOR SURVEYOR / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR INVESTMENT VALUATION LONDON

£45,000 – £60,000 plus car allowance plus excellent bonus plus market leading benefits package

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading firm and have the ability to use your valuation expertise within a specialist investment valuation team.

You will join a hugely successful investment valuation team, working closely within this specialist division and have excellent exposure to clients and work. You will enjoy the support and expertise of a market leading investment valuation team, whilst having the opportunity to progress your career as you quickly become a highly recognised senior person in the team.

As you would expect in this position, you will offer professional valuation advice across a range of commercial investment property interests across the West End and Central London.

You will be experienced in investment valuation and development appraisals and you will also be involved in transactional valuations. You will also co-ordinate large portfolio instructions, including liaising with Capital Markets, Development and Professional departments. Your knowledge of Argus (Circle) software would be advantageous and applicants must be highly competent on excel packages.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. You will enjoy harbouring strong internal relations, in addition to working closely with your clients and being their main point of contact. Internally, you will work closely with the development and capital markets team to assist clients to achieve their large portfolio investment aims.
