Are you a Quantity Surveyor who aspires to do project management? Are you tired of working in an impersonal and corporate environment? If you are seeking that ‘family feel’ to your workplace then look no further.

This small but well renowned PQS firm in the heart of London are looking to expand their Cost Consultancy team. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has / is looking to venture into the project management discipline as well. This position would suit a professional coming from a larger practice who is looking for more autonomy within their role. You will need to be self-motivated, capable and able to work independently.

As leaders in the commercial office sector, you will be working on a mixture of projects involving CAT A, CAT B, structural refurbishment, re-modelling, contract admin and refurbishing existing space.

The current Cost Consultancy team is lean, and our client is now looking to add an additional Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to the department. This could be someone who wants to step up and run / deliver their own schemes, or a seasoned professional who wants to be involved in delivery, management and business development.

Our client is quite flexible as long as the individual can manage and deliver their own workload and work autonomously. APC support also offered.
