Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – PQS Firm – High End Residential, Retail and Commercial

£45,000 – £52,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office due to growth plans and an influx of new and repeat business.

You will be working on high end residential, retail and commercial office projects, including work for some of the world’s top fashion design houses. Residential projects range from new build and social housing in the UK and Europe, through to a number of prestigious projects in Central London.

The successful candidate will be working within the lean Quantity Surveying Team and reporting to the QS Director. Your role will be to deliver informed and tailored cost management services to a variety of residential, commercial and retail clients across a number of high profile projects.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience and be able to carry out feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, tenders as well as contract administration and all post contract duties.

You will be confident and experienced in running your own schemes and reporting directly to the Client. They are open to considering professionals from a consultancy or contractor background. Ideally MRICS or working towards being qualified.
