If you are this is geat opporunity for you. Due to an increase mandates an opportunity has come up to work at a leading independent property consultancy, to join an established firm as an Insolvency Surveyor in the W1 offices.
As the Insolvency Surveyor you will be responsible for working on national assignments (of both commercial and residential assets) spanning across London, Greater London and regionally across all asset classes.
Examples of typical instructions include block/ single residential sales, lease regears, value enhancement schemes and developments.
In order to be considered to join the successful department the individual WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified & a Registered Valuer
- Preferably be a Fixed Charge Receiver
This is an excellent opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor to work in a more varied role, essentially working in asset management (albeit on a defaulted assets).
Candidates who aren’t MRICS Qualified but have experience of working in receivership will also be considered.
