Beach Baker is working with a leading private practice to attract an experienced valuation surveyor from either Hotel Valuation or the Leisure and Trading sector.
You will work in a highly successful team of circa 7 surveyors with a specialist focus in this interesting and dynamic sector. The team is stable and enjoys an open working environment, where all levels of team members are encouraged to deal with clients and contribute.
You will work with a range of clients, including lenders, investors and developers and your work will be mostly within the UK, with some European valuation work which will enable you to travel to leading European locations, handling valuations of assets as high as three quarters of a million pounds – so the work is interesting and exciting.
Whilst experience in the hotels or leisure sector would be of advantage; candidates with a keen interest, and aptitude for trading valued valuations, are welcomed. Therefore if you have experience in providing valuation advice for loan security, financial accounting, stock exchange listing, etc – please call me to discuss this exciting role.
Candidates should be MRICS with strong communication and analytical skills. Have an understanding of discounted cashflows, Excel, Argus Investor and Argus Developer.
