Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Head of Property Management on behalf of a reputable real estate firm, in their Bristol office.

The role represents a fantastic opportunity for any aspiring Associate Directors, or established Directors to manage a dedicated Property Management team, dealing with your own portfolio of assets and take an active role in business development.

You’ll be leading the Bristol Property Management team, ensuring they are profitable and cost effective, whilst actively managing any staff related issues. As the Head of Team, you’ll act as the main advisor on behalf of institutional clients, private individuals and property companies. Furthermore, you will be managing your own portfolio of assets, providing advice on Lease events, reporting directly to the client.

Business Development will also be a key part of the role, both in terms of strategy and direct, potential client engagement.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within commercial property management, managing a team and have their MRICS qualification. On offer is remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
