The firm offer a full range of commercial services to its client base, including; Investment, Property Management, Lease Advisory and of course Commercial Agency.

Taking responsibility for the South West & South Wales region, you will be responsible for Acquisitions and Disposals of Industrial assets, on behalf of both Landlord and Occupiers, working with some household names. You’ll be managing a small team of Industrial Agents, also taking responsibility for Business Development and furthering the Industrial Agency offering.

This is a great opportunity for an Associate to step up to a new challenge or perhaps a Director looking at relocating to the area. It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with demonstrable experience of Acquiring and Disposing of industrial assets.
