Location: Suffolk/Essex

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading independent multi-professional consultancy practice, are looking for a Head of Building Surveying to join their office based in either Suffolk or Essex. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that works within the property, infrastructure and construction industry.

A well established consultancy they are now looking a Head of Building Surveying who will expand and manage the Building Surveying team. You will be responsible for the overall management of schemes in East England providing consultancy in building surveying and related services.

As Head of Building Surveying you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Retail, Industrial, Education, Residential and Commercial projects. You will have significant experience in building surveying duties, project management experience of maintenance work, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings and ideally a mixture of public and private sector projects

The role offers exciting careers prospects and the opportunity to progress to a senior management position within the firm. Ideally you will have a relevant professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB, however it is not essential. On offer is a competitive salary that will match your skills and experience.
