A national property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for a Director or Associate level candidate to join their established Bristol office.

This company, established twenty-years’ ago, have five offices across the UK employing 250 staff.
They have an exciting business plan to development their building surveying services and see the South West as a key region for growth and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their existing national team of ten building surveyors. You will be providing a range of professional and project services on behalf of national and regional clients maintaining the current client base and developing further instructions in the region.

The ideal candidate will already be an established Director with a successful track record of generating business and developing client relationships, however, strong candidates at the Associate and Senior Surveyor level who are looking for their next career step will also be considered. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm in the local area and can bring business with you or have the contacts to develop future fee income.
