A leading property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to source a new member of the Property/Asset Management team. This opportunity I will involve the management of a mixed portfolio of properties located throughout Yorkshire. This position comes with the potential for significant career progression with excellent support through the APC and guidance from a market leading team.
The position will involve the management of a retail/industrial/office property portfolio with direct exposure to a wide range of prestigious clients, including high net worth individuals, property companies and large national retailers, which will include frequent client meetings to offer advice. The position will involve the investment management and corporate real estate services of retail, office and industrial properties. You will be required to improve reversionary value through focused and effective property management, service charge budgeting and administration and assist with year-end service charge reconciliation approval. Interpreting commercial leases and providing advice to clients on Landlord and Tenant issues is also require along with tendering contracts across numerous properties, and frequent liaison with contractors as well as undertaking asset management tasks such as lease renewals and rent reviews.
