Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading private practice on an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join its well established and highly successful team which offers the ability to work with a range of clients from small operators to leading commercial names.

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is able to exhibit a 1 year’s property experience (or more), who has either been in a landlord and tenant role or has a good foundation in valuations and exposure to lease advisory work and who would like the opportunity to quickly progress in this professional services stream.

Reporting into an Associate Director, candidates will gain excellent exposure to market leading clients and the expertise in the team and the firm will enable candidates to successfully complete their APC.

In combination with your current grounding in a graduate role, you will have excellent communication skills, diligence, strong report writing skills and a keen eye for detail – the team will train you in the rest!

My client is particularly looking for someone who wants to focus on professional work – rent reviews and valuations.
